My name is Justyn Joint and founder of NutriFit Premier. I am an online fitness and nutrition coach who helps individuals, just like you, transform their bodies. I specialize in not only helping you live your healthiest lifestyle and achieve your ideal physique, but also educating you along the way so you can finally have confidence in the process and understand what to do so you can maintain your results for years to come!


I know how overwhelming your fitness and health journey can be. That’s why I’m dedicated to providing you the guidance, education, and support required to achieve and maintain results.


I wish I could say I was a natural born nutrition nerd. Up until about 7 years ago I was anything but that. I was about 50 pounds heavier and an ice cream addict. I hit a rock bottom point for me and decided enough was enough.


In the process of bettering myself I fell in love with nutrition and how what we eat affects our bodies. I begin to casually coach people based on what worked for me and just being a support system to them.


I decided to make it official and deepen my knowledge by becoming certified as a nutritional coach with Precision Nutrition. I continue to be student and am constantly striving to stay up to date with the latest nutritional science. Yeah I like to read nutritional studies... I know I'm weird and I'm ok with that!


Having worked with hundreds of individuals I've learned that science only takes a person so far. Support, asking the right questions, and actually coaching people how to change is majority of the battle.


That's why I created this success manual , to help you get started right and avoid some common pitfalls. I truly hope it helps you make the change you've been looking for in your life and health!


​Though each program is customized to suit the needs of the client and modified as necessary, clients still require a number of core protocols. After years in the fitness industry, I’ve been able to come up with a list of healthy and sustainable fitness and weight loss tips that have been scientifically proven to work for every individual.


The IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros) approach to dieting is the best approach for a healthy eating habit. Every client will be given a list of recommended daily intake of protein, fat, fiber, carbohydrate and water; however the client has the final say when it comes to food choice. This will prevent the clients from feeling deprived as they get to choose the meals they actually enjoy. It also includes a breakdown of nutrient timing, though this is not a requirement.


Too much of cardio can lead to chronic dependence which often has hormonal and metabolic effects. This is why cardio must be reduced to the barest minimal. Here, you need a mixture of low, high and moderate intensity cardio, but most clients will rather spend their gym time training.


Most of my clients are focused on weight training (except those in rehabilitation for injuries and endurance athletes). Their schedule is determined by their comfort level, schedule and the goal they set for themselves. The goal is to ensure that the training style range is one that aligns with the client’s level of commitment. We ensure that the exercise and volume of each program is modified to suit the client’s goal and level of experience. The programs come with the necessary rep ranges, sets and exercise for each day, including everything you need to know about rest periods and weight selection.


Who I Work With

  • ​I will teach you the in’s and out’s of flexible dieting or IIFYM (if it fits your macros). You will get customized macro ratios based on your current goals and will track the 3 macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fat) daily with a calorie tracker app.

  • This is not a fad diet and will not require you to eliminate food groups or restrict you from eating foods you love. Consuming the right amount of each macronutrients will allow your body to thrive and function at an optimal level so you can reach your goals of burning fat, building muscle and getting stronger that much faster.

  • I will check-in with you daily and weekly to make sure you’re progressing and answer any questions you might have. I will also provide macro adjustments as needed.
